Privacy policy

Trippy Tights is a shop run by Hitting Up Studios (“we”). This policy explains what we collect when you shop or design with us and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your cart: stored in your browser. If you're signed in, we also keep a copy so it follows you between devices.
• Your account: your name, email address and a password, stored hashed by our sign-in provider, Amazon Cognito. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email and (from Google) profile picture.
• Your designs: photos you upload, the text of prompts you give our AI pattern generator, the images it makes, and the print files and mockups we render from them.
• Designs you share: if you submit a design to the gallery, its title, description, tags, images and your name are shown publicly once we approve it, along with how many likes it has. Others can buy leggings printed with it. We also record which designs you like.
• Your orders: what you bought, your shipping address, email and phone number. Payment card details go straight to Stripe; we never see them.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payment.
• Printful, who print and ship your order: your shipping details, order and design print files.
• Replicate, who run the AI image model: the prompts you type (not your name or email).
• Amazon Web Services, who host the shop and send our emails.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account, cart, designs, gallery posts and likes at any time from your account, or take a single design out of the gallery from the designer. We keep order records (what was bought, where it shipped) as required for tax and fulfilment. See data deletion.
