Trippy Tights is run by Hitting Up Studios Inc. (“we”). By shopping, designing or sharing designs here you agree to these terms.
Orders and payment
- Prices are in US dollars. Shipping, and tax where it applies, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order.
- Every item is made to order by our print partner, Printful. See shipping & returns for times, returns and what to do if something's wrong.
- If a price or product is listed in error, or a design breaks these terms, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Your designs
- You may only upload images you own or have permission to use. You're responsible for what you upload and for any claims that it infringes someone else's rights.
- No logos, trademarks, characters, celebrity likenesses or other people's artwork without permission, and nothing hateful, sexually explicit or illegal.
- You keep ownership of your designs. You give us permission to store them, print them for your orders, and show and sell them as described below if you share them.
- Images made with our AI pattern generator are yours to use on Trippy Tights products.
Sharing to the gallery
- Shared designs are reviewed before they appear. We can decline or remove any design, at any time, without giving a reason.
- While a design is in the gallery, anyone can like it and order leggings printed with it, and we may show it to promote the shop. There's no payment to creators.
- You can take your design out of the gallery at any time from the designer or your account.
Accounts
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You can delete it any time from your account.
Liability
The shop is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows when. Orders follow the terms in place when they were placed.
